At the recent NHPPA Conference in April, Don was installed as the newest NHPPA’s President! I’ve included an image of Don with the gavel (kinda covered by “The Boss” hat. Don took over the “Presidential” duties at the recent (May) NHPPA Board meeting.

Just last week Joe and Lindsay brought in their new baby! They let us create some neat images of the family. The first is a traditional image of the three of them. These images make great wall decorations as well as gifts to family and friends.
The second was sooo much fun to create. And one they will cherish for a lifetime! These kinds of images will make you smile every time you see them. What a way to remember a special time in your life.
What a privilege it is to create and capture these cherished moments.
Sandy and I get to meet some really nice people in the course of our business. On top of that we get to be a part of their lives during some really important events. A wedding is one such event. Last year we had the privilege of photographing Joe and Lindsay’s wedding. It was a beautiful event. The weather man called for rain that day but the rain held back to only a slight sprinkle. The Bride and her Bride’s Maid’s were dressed so beautifully, The Groom and Groomsmen were all dressed handsomely in their tuxes, the Church was beautiful, the whole wedding was Great! The whole wedding party was so much fun to photograph. I’ve included an image from their wedding day!

How exciting is this! Sandy won her first major award in print competition at the NHPPA Conference in North Conway, April 22nd. Her image “Old Homestead” scored an 85 and received a Kodak Gallery Award. Another of Sandy’s images “Abbye’s Degas Dream” received a judges choice award.
Don is shown receiving his 4th Kodak Gallery Award at the recent NHPPA print competition from NHPPA’s 2nd VP Nylora Bruleigh. Don’s image “Quite Confidence” scored an 86 in the competition and the judges awarded him the Gallery Award as well.
Here’s another of Don’s entries. It also received a blue ribbon and scored 80.
